Practical Application for communities and leaders

Resources, material, and applied knowledge to help strengthen understanding and practical application of our findings.

NCCF Fellows Program

In collaboration with Institute for Faith and Learning

The NCCF Fellows Program is a cohort-based, interdisciplinary initiative advancing collaborative inquiry into congregational life and community engagement. It affirms congregations as not only as objects of study, but as a co-constitutive partner in shaping how faith communities pursue the common good across diverse cultural contexts.

The cohort experience emphasizes interdisciplinary dialogue, shared reflection, and applied scholarship across several convenings:

  • Cohort lunch meetings (Fall and Spring)
    Eight structured sessions
  • Retreat (Fall)
An immersive retreat for collaborative writing and pedagogical design
  • Synthesis Gathering (Spring)
A culminating gathering to advance dissemination strategies, particularly public-facing outputs
